Stepping Into 2021 – Remaining Versatile and Growing in a New Year
As we bring 2020 to a close, and I think most of us are thankful for that alone, I reflect on what 2020 has taught us.

It has taught us you cannot control everything. In fact, very rarely can we control anything. So, one must remain nimble and be willing to step out of their comfort zone. Be willing and able to pivot on a dime.
I personally believe ProducersXL has risen to the occasion; not only for the office and the agents we serve but for the clients. We consistently delivered meaningful, out-of-the-box ideas and provide resources during a very difficult year. We’ve altered our “normal” operating procedures and conducted various Zoom webinars to stay in touch and provide up-to-date carrier, product, and national changes. Hopefully, you found them useful.
As I start to look forward to 2021, I am very optimistic.
We have continued to step forward with our marketing plans and behind the scene support and are working hard to put together a year of growth for our existing agents as well as our new relationships. We do not plan on letting up, but to the contrary, we will be bringing you
